As it’s February, I wanted to zero in on some posts about love, including Bible verses that show Christians how we should show love to others. Today’s Godfirmation is a reminder that love is a powerful attribute of God himself.

In the book of 1 John, Christians are called to love others, not only because love is from God, but because God Himself IS love.

GODFIRMATION: God Works All Things Together

Today’s Godfirmation is from a well-known verse in the Bible: Romans 8:28. Many Christians can probably quote that in their sleep, but it’s an important one to remember, especially when the circumstances of our lives are unfavorable.

For those of us who love the Lord, we can trust that He is working all things in our lives for our good, even if we can’t quite see it.

GODFIRMATION: God is Gracious

I am so glad to share yet another Godfirmation with y’all to kick off the week. It’s been a great reminder of the attributes of God and that all of these things that we’re learning or re-learning about Him DON’T CHANGE. Because He doesn’t change up on us!

This Godfirmation today is a reminder of God’s grace from Psalm 145:8. And man, am I glad to have His grace!

GODFIRMATION: God Will Never Leave You

Another Monday, and another fresh start to the week. Here’s a Godfirmation to remind you of an amazing attribute of God: that He will never leave you!

When people are fickle and leave at the slightest inconvenience, we can rest assured that God won’t leave us in the lurch. In fact, He’s faithful and there for us even when we aren’t giving Him the slightest attention.

GODFIRMATION: God is a Redeemer

Happy New Year, y’all! I’m so excited about what is to come for 2024 for all of us. It’s still Monday, so I wanted to share a Godfirmation for today to continue to show the incredible attributes of God.

Psalm 130 is really a psalm about God’s love and forgiveness for those who seek redemption. And thankfully, God is a Redeemer Who loves and forgives. That’s what we see in Psalm 130, particularly verses 7 through 8.
