Godfirmation: God Is Omnipresent

This Godfirmation today is an important truth about the character of God. God is omnipresent, meaning that He is everywhere all the time with us. I would be lying if I said I could explain it fully, but that’s God for you. There are some things about Him that just can’t be fully explained or understood.

This verse from Psalm 139 reminds us that we can’t escape His presence. Wherever we go, as His children, He is with us. Which is a good thing to me because there have been plenty of times when I have needed Him around….even when I didn’t realize it.

Christian Track: “Worthy”-Blanca

“Can’t even count the times, no, you came and rescued my soul…God, You’re able (oh, You’re able no). Your love stop me right in my tracks…”

On this happy Friday, I wanted to share a track from Christian singer Blanca! I first heard of her with another song “New Day” with singer Jekalyn Carr a few years ago. But I wanted to share her latest track, “Worthy” with y’all, especially if you’re looking for more music to add to your Christian playlist!

The whole song is simply about just how worthy God is to be praised, and I love the vibe!

Wednesday Word: Are You a Good Steward Over What God Has Given You? – Brittany Shawnté

This Wednesday Word clip is from…yours truly (Brittany Shawnté). God has been working on me a lot about being a better steward over things from my time to my body to my home. Still room for improvement, but I’m getting there!

B Intentional With Your Relationship with God

*A part of the B Series (centered around being intentional).

Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me. – Revelation 3:20 (NIV)

In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in the busyness of life and neglect the most important relationship we can ever have — our relationship with God. Like any relationship, our connection with God requires time, effort, and intentionality

If we believe that God has a plan for us all, then that means He INTENTIONALLY crafted a detailed plan for our lives. He also DESIRES relationship with us. So much so, that He sent His Son Jesus to die on the cross to save us from our sins. The least we can do is be a bit more intentional with truly cultivating our relationship with Him. Here’s how you can cultivate a deeper and more meaningful relationship with the Creator.

GODFIRMATION: God is the Living God

We can always turn to the Bible to be reminded that the God we serve is alive, powerful, and intimately involved in every detail of our lives.

At times, Christians are ridiculed for their faith in a “pretend” or “invisible” God. I have heard more than I want to even type at this point. With our faith, we believe that God is indeed a living God. So I wanted to share this Godfirmation today, taken from the book of Daniel.

In times of doubt or struggle, we can always turn to the Bible to be reminded that the God we serve is alive, powerful, and intimately involved in every detail of our lives.
