This Godfirmation from Numbers 23:19 reminds us that God is not like us. He doesn’t lie and He doesn’t just switch up on us. He shows up. He does what He says He will do…even if it’s not in our timing.
That’s more that we can say for ourselves!
If we’re honest, we can be fickle sometimes. We can be inconsistent or uncommunicative with others and most certainly with God! But I tell y’all…I am SO GLAD that God never treated me with the inconsistency that I met Him with. The times when I turned my back on Him because I was angry or didn’t understand. Yes, there were some repercussions for my actions, but He never quit loving on me. He never gave up on me.
And He will never give up on you! When others desert you and even when you try to desert God, He’s still there and He still cares.
