Madison Ryann Ward is probably my favorite artist to listen to right now (Christian or otherwise). I love her vibe and her Christian R&B tracks are so calming to me! But my favorite song from her is “You Love Me So” from her album, “A New Thing.”
I listened to this song a lot when I first heard it because I was grappling with being single and feeling inadequate in some areas. And this song is a reminder that God loves us all as we are. Madison came out with the video for the track this month (February 2024) so I thought it was perfect to feature this Worship Song for this month of love.
The video features Madison outside singing, riding her bike, and grooving along with some pretty amazing dancers. But what I love most about this song in general is that it speaks to the great, steadfast love of God.
Sometimes, when it comes to dating or making new friends, you feel like you have to put on a show to impress people or get them to like you. But you don’t have to fake for God. He already loves us all unconditionally. Not to say that we shouldn’t try to live more like Him in our faith walks, but He truly does know who we are, what we struggle with, and our unique personalities. And He still loves us so.
