Another Monday, another #MondayMotivation quote. This one hails from Robert Kiyosaki — known for his book, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad,” — about the importance of pushing past fear!
This one is timely for me, because, honestly, I’m in a place of dealing with some unknowns when it comes to some big life goals I’m trying to hit. And I’m trying so hard not to operate from a place of fear of losing and rejection. I’m trying hard not to let my past failures dictate my future moves. I’m trying to visualize myself next year exactly where I plan to be. It’s not easy, but I’m trying!
None of us should let our fear of losing be greater than the excitement of what it will mean to actually win. The excitement of actually launching and having a successful business. Of getting that degree or certification. The excitement of being successful in a new career. Shoot, even the excitement of finding love (if you want it!). We certainly shouldn’t let that fear stop us from even trying.
So I challenge you, as I challenge myself of course, to visualize the potential wins coming for you as you continue to work on yourself and your daily tasks. That’s not to say you won’t ever lose, but don’t let your fear of losing take you out of the game.
