Happy Monday, y’all! Here’s some #MondayMotivation to get you through the week. This quote may seem like a given. Of course, you need to cut out the things that are taking time away from your goals. But do you? If not, this is your reminder.

We all have required commitments that take up time: work, family, errands, etc. Of course, rest and fun are necessary as well. However, we often have more time available than we claim we do.

A lot of us complain that we don’t have any time to work on our business ideas or side hustles…but we have time to binge-watch our favorite shows on Netflix. We don’t have the time to work out or prepare healthier meals…but we spend hours mindlessly scrolling through social media (The screen time features on our phones tell on us EVERY WEEK).

Let’s be honest. Big goals require big focus. They require sacrificing some of the things we like to do for the things we need to do. They require removing the things that will distract us from getting the job done. For however long it takes.
