Starting any new thing is scary. I know all too well. You’ve gotten comfortable in doing what you’ve always done so stepping out into the unknown is a major risk. There’s the risk of failure, hurt, and rejection. It’s nerve-wracking!
However, nothing great comes without risk. A calculated risk maybe, but a risk nonetheless. I’m realizing that greatness takes leaps off of cliffs into the unknown and finding your wings (strength, knowledge, growth) on the down.
