This #MondayMotivation quote from motivational speaker Eric Thomas is timely for me. I hope it motivates you to go strong this week and beyond.

For every dream you have, your week, your work ethic, your drive, has to match it. That means putting in the work when you’re dead tired and want to be in bed. That means stepping out of your comfort zone. A lot of times, that means starting early and ending late, going above and beyond the norm so that you can be successful.

And, while I know all too well that sometimes you have to take a break for personal reasons, if you want to reach your goals, you have to push forward and put the work in. I’m working through some personal BS right now, but the goals I have for my future is bigger than all that. The fact that I’m working for my future family drives me more than ever before.

Let’s make this week and our work match the goals we have for ourselves. I believe in us!
