When I first read this #MondayMotivation quote from motivational speaker and author Jim Rohn, it really made me think about the future and what I wanted for my life.
Let me start off by saying that this quote is not against the 9-5 grind. There’s nothing wrong with it at all. Plus, entrepreneurship really isn’t for everybody. However, I think that everyone should have a strong idea of what they want to do, what field they want to be, what education or training they need to succeed, etc. Otherwise, you’ll be floating around from place to place with no real path. And most people are not focused on helping you to get further, whether you are in a 9-5 or an entrepreneur with products or services. They’re just interested in the value you can provide to them.
So it’s up to you to decide what you want and how you plan to get there. You have to determine that you want this for yourself. It starts with a plan, then you need real execution. Then the results slowly but surely come. But it’s up to YOU.
