Many of us have big dreams of what we want to do or accomplish with ourselves. But big dreams take big work! You have to put in serious time and effort and make sacrifices to get to where you want to be.
That’s why this quote from Jim is so important. Point blank, if you want to accomplish big things, you have to step up your skills. You have to continually learn and grow, and not get complacent with your work. If you’re not willing to do that, then you need to knock your dreams down a level or two.
