With celebrating the first year of Imperfectly B, today’s #MondayMotivation quote is one that really resonates with me.
My story, my words, and my life are not perfect. This site is not perfect. They never will be. I’ll continue to make mistakes and miss the mark. I won’t always handle things the right way. However, as a former perfectionist, part of what this past year has taught me is that there really is beauty in your imperfections. There’s authenticity in them that people actually like to see. There are lessons to be learned in your screw ups. I hope that I’ve been able to inspire you with mine.
You really don’t have to have it all together to have a positive impact on others. You can inspire people just by being your flawed, imperfect self! Remember that today and beyond!
