Kicking off another week with some #MondayMotivation!
I love this quote from the late country singer and businessman Jimmy Dean (yes of Jimmy Dean Sausages!), and it’s so true. The storms of life are inevitable; you’ll be hit with hard times and setbacks, often times when you least expect it. And it can be tough. Super tough.
You may not be able to change what’s going on around you, but you can change a few things about yourself. One, you can change how you react to them. You can choose to be better, not bitter, and try your best to maintain your joy and positive attitude in the midst of a storm. It’s not easy, but it can be done. You can also change how you work through them. You can change up your work process, or how much time you commit to a project or outside activities.
Life is all about constant adjustment to obstacles. Don’t get so caught up in the bad that comes your way as you work towards your goals. Adjust your attitude about it and your actions, and keep working on your dreams!
