I dedicate today’s Inspirational Jam to the memory of my Aunt Carissa. She was a huge Jennifer Hudson fan, and, with her birthday being yesterday, this song reminded me of her!
J. Hud’s track “I Got This” was featured on the singer’s sophomore album, I Remember Me. It was a standout, inspirational track that encouraged me to push through even when others may have doubted my vision or when I wanted to quit. This song is all about believing in yourself and continuing on even when it doesn’t seem like you’re going to make it. Trust me, you got this!
